    Deborah invites young people to imagine greener, fairer futures through creativity and action; proving that imagination isn’t a luxury in education, it’s where change begins.

  • Derrick Mawerere – Building Tomorrow, Uganda

    Derrick starts every lesson with a story. It’s how he builds confidence, connection and curiosity; showing children that learning begins with feeling seen and inspired.

  • Kelly Jull – Furnace Brook CIC, UK

    After burnout forced her to pause teaching, Kelly rediscovered her strength through yoga, breathwork and stillness and is now helping others find balance in a busy world.

  • Lucy Oliff – Kivukoni School, Kenya

    At her coastal school, Lucy lets curiosity lead the way. Children learn barefoot, under trees, through laughter, discovering that joy itself can be a teacher.

  • Mevlude Sahillioglu – Global Education Coordinator, Youth Services

    Mevlude teaches care by living it, reminding teachers and children that when we nurture our own wellbeing, we become more present, patient and kind with others.

  • Whitney Nakanjako – Social Worker & Educator, Uganda

    Whitney is breaking barriers for girls’ education in rural Uganda; empowering young women to learn, lead and shape their own futures with courage and care.

  • LeeAnne Lavender - Global Citizen Coach, Canada

    LeeAnne helps teachers reconnect with the stories that made them want to teach. Through storytelling, she’s sparking courage, creativity and purpose across classrooms.

    With the wilds of Cumbria as his compass, Geoff is guiding schools back into balance, enabling nature, curiosity and care to lead the way.
