Jill’s Story.
Jill has walked many paths in life: from cabin crew to education consultant; from the Middle East to middle leadership. Yet one thing has always stayed the same: her purpose in helping people thrive. Now, as Director of Education Services at the Society of Heads, she’s shaping a movement of school leaders driven not by pressure or performance, but by care, compassion and connection.
Jill believes that education doesn’t need more control, it needs more humanity. Through her work, she’s nurturing cultures of kindness across the independent school sector, supporting heads and school communities to lead with courage and empathy. Whether through wellbeing initiatives, future-focused events or her powerful advocacy for the Triple WellBeing® framework, Jill is helping education reconnect with what truly matters.
In a world that often forgets we’re human beings before we’re professionals, Jill is a quiet force of change, reminding us that building better schools starts with how we treat ourselves and each other.
