Guided by the Triple WellBeing framework, this course offers tools, practices and approaches to support resilient lives and healthier communities. By focusing on self-care, people-care and earth-care, this interactive workshop supports educators to become catalysts for co-creating a more empathetic, sustainable and inclusive world.

Blending neuroscience with relational dynamics, this foundational workshop will introduce the knowledge, skills, tools and mindsets to strengthen personal wellbeing, social wellbeing and environmental wellbeing in your life and learning context. Dive into the Triple WellBeing framework and approach, exploring the depth research and integrating skills of critical thinking, empathy and relationship-building with practices of self-care, people-care and earth-care to support a holistic response to our personal, social and environmental crises.

Become familiar with the Triple WellBeing competencies, practices and principles, engaging with the card deck to begin to explore ways to incorporate Triple WellBeing practices on a personal level. Explore the latest neuroscience on the vital importance of resourcing, resilience and integration, appreciating how your own actions help ignite transformative change that can ripple throughout your whole community.

RACHEL MUSSON – Director of Education
Meet Rachel, our Director of Education. As a life-long educator and systems-thinker, Rachel is dedicated to fostering holistic practice and supporting flourishing communities. With over two decades of experience as a secondary school teacher and curriculum designer, as well as an international speaker, facilitator and RSA fellow, she champions the belief that education has the power to ignite positive change in the world. Rachel is collaborating with global leaders and educators to drive policy reform, facilitating nature-led workshops and delivering keynotes on education transformation. Her curious mind and unwavering commitment to enabling healthy system dynamics reflects her belief in creating a more compassionate and sustainable world through learning for life.
HOLLY EVERETT – Director of Community
Holly brings a wealth of experience in designing and delivering immersive education programmes. With a passion for fostering empathy and connection, Holly is an Aspen UK Rising Leaders Fellow, qualified teacher and coach. Her journey began as a secondary school English teacher before transitioning to the non-profit sector, where she has spent the last seven years developing and delivering education programmes addressing issues ranging from bullying to digital literacy, mental wellbeing, and sustainability.
