Audience: Anyone seeking a holistic and practical approach towards a healthier future for people and planet
Why attend?
We live in a world that asks a lot of us. At work, at home, in society, we’re constantly being asked to do more, give more and be more. For many of us, especially those in helping roles, this leaves us stretched thin. The result is familiar: exhaustion, disconnection and a quiet sense that something essential is being lost along the way.
This isn’t just a personal problem. It’s a cultural one. We’ve built systems in education, in leadership, in life, that often forget what it means to be human, and how to live well together on a finite planet. This session offers a space to pause, to reflect and to begin again with a little more wisdom.
What to expect
This session is a starting point for seeing the bigger picture and your place in it. Using the Triple WellBeing® Framework, we’ll explore how personal struggles like burnout or overwhelm are often signals of deeper system strain. You’ll begin to see how the challenges we face in ourselves, our communities and our planet are connected and why our response must be too.
You’ll come away with a fresh perspective on the world we’re living in, along with practical, realistic steps to start living more in tune with your values, your life, your work and the world you’re shaping.
What you’ll gain
Clarity: A fresh way of seeing the deeper pressures shaping our lives and why they feel so heavy.
Perspective: A bird’s eye view of how self-care, people-care and earth-care are all connected and why that matters now more than ever.
Tools: A simple, grounded framework to help you make sense of things and act from a place of coherence, not chaos.
Grounding: Amid the rush and responsibility, find space to reconnect with what anchors you, your values, your wellbeing, your purpose.

Session Content
-
We’re more connected than ever, yet many of us feel increasingly anxious, exhausted or adrift. What if the problem isn’t personal, but systemic? In this introduction, we’ll explore how the pressures we feel - from burnout to climate breakdown - are linked and why a more relational, human response is needed.
-
We’re taught to segment action into separate responses: self-help for the individual, social justice campaigns for society, sustainability for the planet. But what if they all belonged together? Triple WellBeing invites us to see self-care, people-care and earth-care as a coherent practice and a way of life.
-
This isn’t about quick fixes or new theories. It’s about noticing what matters, in your life, your relationships, your work and the wider world. We’ll offer simple tools and practical steps to help move from awareness into action and plant the seeds of a culture that cares for ourselves, each other and our planet.
“The Triple WellBeing practices have really helped me focus more… not as something you need to learn in order to cope, but as a way of life, something that’s just part of who I am.”
- Gail Singer, National English Counsellor, Ministry of Education.
