Triple WellBeing Foundations

Reconnect with what really matters, in just one hour

Format: Online

Time: 2 hours

Overview

Why does Foundations matter?

In a world that feels more fast-paced, fragmented and fatigued than ever, this one-hour introduction is a space to pause, breathe and reconnect. You’ll explore why so many of today’s challenges, from burnout to inequality to climate breakdown, are rooted in disconnection and how we can begin to shift the story through education. Using the Triple WellBeing® framework, this one-hour Introductory Session offers a fresh lens and simple starting points to nurture healthier lives, learning communities and ecosystems.

What does Foundations offer you?

You’ll be introduced to a way of thinking and being that’s both ancient and future-facing, grounded in neuroscience, relational psychology and ecosystem wisdom. Through engaging stories, visuals and reflection, you’ll discover how self-care, people-care and earth-care can become the foundations for change in your classroom, in your community and in yourself. Whether you’re brand new to wellbeing or looking for a reset, this is the place to begin.

Content

  • Unpack the symptoms we’re seeing in ourselves, our schools and our society and look at the root causes beneath them. From rising anxiety to growing inequality and climate overwhelm, you’ll begin to see how these crises are connected and why a new kind of response is needed.

  • Explore the Triple WellBeing model and discover how self-care, people-care and earth-care are not separate, but deeply interwoven. Learn about the nervous system, our innate need for connection and the simple practices that help us return to balance.

  • Reflect on what wellbeing really means in your life and learning space and explore how we can each play a part in co-creating a culture of care, connection and collective wellbeing.
