Why attend?

Leadership today asks for more than direction, it asks for depth. In education, we’re being asked to lead through uncertainty, disconnection and systemic pressure, often without the tools, space or support we need. For many the cost is clarity, confidence or connection. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

This course is an invitation to step back and lead from a deeper place. It’s for leaders who want to grow a culture that reflects their values. For those who are ready to move beyond survival and lead with coherence, courage and care. And for those who know that meaningful change begins with how we show up, how we relate and how we see the system we’re part of.

Whether you’re holding a team, a school or a community, this is your space to reimagine what leadership could feel like and how it could grow something better.

What to expect

Over four weeks, we’ll explore what it means to lead in a way that is rooted, relational and regenerative. Using the Triple WellBeing framework, we’ll reconnect with what matters and examine how self-care, people-care and earth-care can inform strategic, courageous and compassionate leadership.

Each week offers a blend of big-picture thinking, reflective dialogue and real-world tools. You’ll leave with fresh insight, clear language and practical steps to lead from your values even in complex systems.

This is not leadership theory. This is leadership as a way of being.

What you’ll gain

  • Clarity: Reconnect with the values that anchor your leadership and the culture you’re shaping.

  • Vision: See your role through a systems lens, understanding how small shifts can drive wider change.

  • Confidence: Build the courage and presence to lead from care, not just from responsibility.

  • Community: Join a growing network of leaders rethinking what leadership looks and feels like.

  • Practical tools:Take away ideas, language and strategies to embed wellbeing into your everyday leadership.

Session Content

  • Learn how to zoom out before you act. This session supports you in building the habit of stepping back, spotting patterns and holding multiple perspectives so you can lead with big-picture clarity and respond, rather than react, in moments of complexity.

  • Explore how to lead from connection, not control. You’ll learn how to create the conditions for trust, belonging and resilience, building the foundations for leadership rooted in stability, relationship and networked strength.

  • Develop the confidence to stay aligned with what matters most, even when the current pulls the other way. This session supports values-led decisions under pressure, grounding your leadership in integrity, courage and long-term impact.

  • Understand how to work with the system, not just in it. This session focuses on quiet influence and systemic impact, helping you recognise where to intervene, how to shift culture wisely and how to unlock potential across your community.

“The Triple WellBeing practices have really helped me focus more… not as something you need to learn in order to cope, but as a way of life, something that’s just part of who I am.”

- Gail Singer, National English Counsellor, Ministry of Education.
