Why attend?

You don’t need more pressure. You need more partnership.

Leading change in education can feel isolating, especially when you’re the one pushing against the current. Maybe you're already making change, but want to go further. Maybe you're tired of working in systems that don’t reflect your values. Maybe you just need a space to breathe and reconnect with the reasons you began.

The Triple WellBeing Fellowship is here to remind you: you're not alone. It’s a year-long journey into what becomes possible when we lead together. You'll be part of a global community of educators who are turning wellbeing from an aspiration into a practice for themselves, their students and the systems they serve.

What to expect

  • A supportive peer network of international changemakers

  • Monthly learning modules and reflective practices

This is not a linear course, it’s a living process of inquiry, growth and shared learning. The Fellowship meets you where you are and helps you build from there.

The Fellowship Journey

At the heart of the Fellowship is a deep commitment to help you grow, connect and lead with integrity in your own setting, at your own pace and with the support of a global community.

“The Triple WellBeing practices have really helped me focus more… not as something you need to learn in order to cope, but as a way of life, something that’s just part of who I am.”

- Gail Singer, National English Counsellor, Ministry of Education.
