Triple WellBeing Fellowship Programme

A 12 month journey to lead education into a new era

We start with a timely question:

“How can we grow as healthier, more alive educators, bringing to life the education our schools so deeply need?”

Fellowship Details:

  • Duration: 1 year (24 hours live + 60+ hours of self-directed practice)

  • Format: Online (Zoom & Community Hub)

  • Who it’s for: Educators, leaders, change-makers in learning environments

  • Fees: £850 per person (bursaries available to remove financial barriers)

  • Eligibility: Completion of any Triple WellBeing® access course (Practitioner, Leadership or Summit)

The Triple WellBeing Fellowship is here to remind you: you're not alone. It’s a year-long journey into what becomes possible when we lead together. You'll be part of a global community of educators who are turning wellbeing from an aspiration into a practice for themselves, their students and the systems they serve.

The Fellowship Journey

At the heart of the Fellowship is a deep commitment to help you grow, connect and lead with integrity in your own setting, at your own pace and with the support of a global community.

  • Start with an access course: Your Fellowship journey begins by joining one of our Triple WellBeing® access courses (Practitioner, Leadership or Summit.) This lays the foundations for change by helping you reconnect with what matters, let go of inherited habits and see your role in education through a more human, whole-systems lens. It’s not just a course. It’s a recalibration, a way of beginning from purpose, not pressure.

  • Monthly self-led learning modules: Real change isn’t made by ideas alone, it’s shaped in the day-to-day moments where attention becomes action. Each month, you’ll explore a different Triple WellBeing competency through reflective prompts, creative journaling and self-led practices. These aren’t just exercises. They’re invitations to notice, to listen and to gradually align how you show up with what you believe in.

  • Three action-research cycles: Transformation becomes real when it moves from reflection to practice. Through three guided action-research cycles you’ll put Triple WellBeing into motion in your own context, shaping new habits, testing ideas and exploring what it takes to shift culture. Alongside a trusted peer pod, you’ll reflect on what’s working, navigate challenges and build the kind of leadership that grows from experience, not ego.

  • Monthly coaching calls: Throughout the Fellowship, you’ll be part of a global network of educators walking a similar path. Monthly coaching calls and our online Community Hub give you space to share, question and learn together, so you stay resourced, seen and connected as the work deepens. This isn’t just CPD. It’s a living ecosystem of care, courage and co-creation.

  • As the year comes full circle, we gather to honour the journey. This isn’t a graduation, it’s a moment of reflection and renewal. A chance to name what’s changed, celebrate what’s possible and carry the momentum forward in your life and learning community. Because this work doesn’t end. It evolves.

The Facilitators

RACHEL MUSSON – Director of Education
As an esteemed international speaker, educator, facilitator and RSA fellow, Rachel is dedicated to fostering regenerative education and holistic wellbeing. With over two decades of experience as a secondary school teacher and curriculum designer, she champions the belief that education has the power to ignite positive change in the world. Rachel collaborates with global leaders and educators to drive policy reform, facilitates transformative workshops and delivers impactful keynotes on education transformation. Her unwavering commitment to empowering educators and students alike reflects her belief in creating a more compassionate and sustainable world through education.

Holly Everett - Director of Community
Holly brings a wealth of experience in designing and delivering immersive education programmes. With a passion for fostering empathy and connection, Holly is an Aspen UK Rising Leaders Fellow, qualified teacher and coach. Her journey began as a secondary school English teacher before transitioning to the non-profit sector, where she has spent the last six years developing and delivering education programmes addressing issues ranging from bullying to digital literacy, mental wellbeing, and sustainability. Holly's leadership was pivotal in the creation of the groundbreaking Rebooting Education Report, reflecting her commitment to creating positive change in education and beyond.
