In an era requiring rapid adaptation, this summit is a pivotal gathering for leaders who are conscious of the need to transform education and eager to be progressive and proactive. This is an invitation to be at the forefront of shaping a new era of education that not only adapts to our changing world but actively transforms learning communities. You will join a diverse group of colleagues working in educational leadership to share insights, experiences, best practice and supportive approaches to enable a healthier future of learning.
What does the Summit offer you?
This summit offers the chance to step back from busy lives and reflect more consciously about the need for systems-change in education. You will engage in purposeful discussions and immersive activities focused on adapting to and leading change. Across the three days, you will find space and time for deep reflection, collective inquiry and practical innovation, with a shared vision of a healthier culture of learning. This is an opportunity for leaders to forge deeper meaning and impact in their roles, and be at the forefront of shaping an educational paradigm that actively empowers the next generation.

We begin with horizon-setting, exploring and visioning a healthier future of learning by exploring the following questions together:
• What if education helped strengthen the wellbeing of people and planet?
• What if healthy relationships sat at the heart of teaching and learning?
• What if education nurtured competencies to help young people to thrive in an uncertain future? -
We land in the current climate of education, exploring some of the challenges and opportunities of leadership in a rapidly changing world:
• What are the issues we are currently facing as education leaders?
• What are some of the core challenges and opportunities within the learning landscape?
• What are potential directions and actions for education transformation? -
We explore tools and practical approaches for transformation, sharing examples of best practice and innovation to shift the culture of learning:
• How can we enable and allow a healthier culture of learning to emerge?
• How can we best support ourselves and our communities?
• How can we co-create a culture of Triple WellBeing in schools?

The Facilitators
RACHEL MUSSON – Director of Education
As an esteemed international speaker, educator, facilitator and RSA fellow, Rachel is dedicated to fostering regenerative education and holistic wellbeing. With over two decades of experience as a secondary school teacher and curriculum designer, she champions the belief that education has the power to ignite positive change in the world. Rachel collaborates with global leaders and educators to drive policy reform, facilitates transformative workshops and delivers impactful keynotes on education transformation. Her unwavering commitment to empowering educators and students alike reflects her belief in creating a more compassionate and sustainable world through education.
HOLLY EVERETT – Director of Community
Holly brings a wealth of experience in designing and delivering immersive education programmes. With a passion for fostering empathy and connection, Holly is an Aspen UK Rising Leaders Fellow, qualified teacher and coach. Her journey began as a secondary school English teacher before transitioning to the non-profit sector, where she has spent the last six years developing and delivering education programmes addressing issues ranging from bullying to digital literacy, mental wellbeing, and sustainability. Holly's leadership was pivotal in the creation of the groundbreaking Rebooting Education Report, reflecting her commitment to creating positive change in education and beyond.
PAUL WARWICK – Triple WellBeing Facilitator
Paul heads up the Centre for Sustainable Futures at the University of Plymouth, responsible for supporting curriculum development, pedagogic change and participatory research in sustainability education. Paul has worked for twelve years within Higher Education, taking a leading role in developing a variety of transformative education initiatives. He founded a masters level course focused on Citizenship Education and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and is director of a MA International Education programme pioneering pathways for transforming education. He is a Fellow at the University of Leicester through his innovation and expertise in the sustainability agenda in education.
