Triple WellBeing in Practice
A chance to see your world through fresh eyes with simple practices to take into everyday life.
Choose how you’ll facilitate the course with your group: once a week, in three longer sessions or over a half day. Your sessions and their facilitation notes follow.
One for everyone who took part
At the end of the course, add everyone’s names and emails. We’ll email each person their certificate, and you can print them all to hand out.
Three ways to facilitate the course
Choose the one that fits the time you have with your group. The facilitation notes for each session follow, and you can switch at any time.
Your sessions
Good to know
Your part
The videos do the teaching. You keep time, ask the questions and listen. You don’t need to be an expert, or to have the answers. New to Triple WellBeing? The framework is free to explore.
On a big screen
Use Full screen under the video. The room sees one step at a time; the notes for you stay beside the video, off the big screen.
Group size
With up to about twelve people, rounds work well. In bigger groups, use pairs and trios, then invite a few voices. In a hall, seat people at tables of six.
Care
These videos explore some hard things. Nobody has to share, eyes open is always fine, and anyone can step out. Know who someone could talk to if they need more than a session can hold.
Certificates
At the end of the course, use Make the certificates at the top of this page. Add everyone’s names and emails: we’ll email each person their certificate, and you can print them all to hand out.
After the course
Keep it going with a card circle once a month: twenty minutes to draw one of the Triple WellBeing cards, practise it together and say what you noticed.
Make it part of everyday life
Changing how we live takes practice. Find the support you need to turn what you’ve learned into daily habits.
