The invitation

If so many of us are struggling, perhaps we need to question the rules we’re living by.

We’ve been taught that success means doing more, moving faster and never stopping. Those rules are burning out individuals, fracturing communities and damaging the planet. Step back and something simpler and stronger comes into view. This course helps us rethink what it means to work and live well and turn that understanding into everyday practices that grow deep within our lives, our communities and cultures.

Magical and transformational.

Questions

Questions you might be wondering

Quick answers to help you get started with ease and confidence.

Anyone who senses the world is out of balance and wants a practical way to respond. Teachers and school leaders use it to build a shared language for wellbeing across a whole community. Teams and organisations use it to bring care for people and planet into how they work.

You do not need any previous experience of Triple WellBeing. Part one starts on the riverbank, with what is right in front of you.

Five videos with Rachel and Holly, around fifteen minutes each, eighty minutes in all. Every part ends with a simple practice to try that same day.

With the individual licence, you also get your own course room. Your progress is remembered, you can keep session notes for every part, and in part four you can pick one of the Triple WellBeing cards. Watch as often as you like, on any device, for as long as you like.

With a group licence, your course room is set up for facilitating the course with others. Each video stops at the right moment and shows a question for the room, there are session plans from half an hour a week to a half day, with notes for you as facilitator, and at the end we email each person their certificate, or you can print them all to hand out.

Each video is around fifteen minutes, eighty minutes in all. We suggest allowing ten to fifteen minutes after each part for the practice, a conversation or some quiet reflection, which makes about two and a half hours in total.

You can watch all five in one sitting, or take one part a week for five weeks, around thirty minutes a week, so the practice at the end of each video has room to settle before the next one begins.

The course room remembers where you got to, so you can stop and start whenever life asks you to. There is no deadline.

Yes, that is what the group licences are for. An individual licence is for one person. A small group licence lets you run the course with up to twenty people, and a large group licence with up to one hundred, so a whole staff room, department or team can walk the course together.

Group licences come with a facilitator room: each video pauses for questions, there are session plans and notes for you, and at the end you add everyone’s names and emails: we email each person their certificate, and you can print them all to hand out.

You can facilitate it with one group or with several smaller ones. If you find you have more people than your licence covers, get in touch with Rachel at any time to upgrade. You choose the licence that suits you, and we trust in and are grateful for your honesty.

If, for whatever reason, you can’t afford the licence you need, get in touch with Rachel and we will look at a bursary for your context.

Sharing with more than a hundred people, or want individual licences for each person in your team? Email Rachel and we will look at a bespoke agreement for your context.

The course opens straight after checkout. To come back, sign in with the email you used when you bought it and the course page is waiting for you.

The videos stream over the internet, so you need a connection and any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to download or install.

No, the videos stand on their own. But part four is built around the cards, and having the deck in your hands makes the practice much easier to keep.

You can order the deck for yourself or for your whole group, and the framework the cards and the course draw on is free to explore.

Yes. Once you have watched all five parts, the course room lets you request a certificate of completion in your name, covering two and a half hours of professional development in Triple WellBeing. Download it or print it for your CPD record, and Rachel will be in touch with practical next steps for your context. On a group licence, the facilitator adds everyone’s names and emails at the end, and we email each person their certificate.

We recommend it. Each part builds on the last, and the course room opens on the next part you have not yet watched. But all five are open to you from the start, so you can go back to any part whenever you like.

Yes. Email Rachel with the licence you need and your school or trust details, and we will send an invoice and open the course for you.

The course is for adults: the educators, leaders and teams who set the tone for everyone else. If you are looking for ready to use inquiries for young people, Learning for Life is our free classroom resource built on the same approach, and part four shows how the two fit together.
