Remembering What Education Forgot

“Learning About Life”

Across psychology, neuroscience, wellbeing research and ancient wisdom, we keep finding the same truth: every person needs a few core foundations in their backpack to live well, stay resilient and shape a fulfilled life.

I know myself and what I need

I care for myself with kindness

I bounce back when life hits hard

I see how my choices shape the world

I protect nature because it’s part of me

I take action to help the Earth heal

I notice what others are going through

I choose kindness, even when it’s tough

I play my part and know I belong

What’s widely acknowledged across psychology, neuroscience, wellbeing research and even ancient wisdom traditions is that we all need a few core foundations to live happy, well and fulfilled lives. In simple terms, they are:

Self-Care

Knowing ourselves
Grounded in self-awareness, purpose, agency and inner strength.

People-Care

Healthy relationships
Rooted in belonging, empathy, care and shared community.

Earth-Care

Nature connection
Connected through responsibility and wonder for the natural world.

Imagine a classroom where learning is about life itself. Where curiosity leads, questions are welcomed and young people grow stronger in themselves, in their relationships and in their connection to the natural world.

It's not just learning; it's the practice of living well.

Triple WellBeing® Curriculum

Create meaningful lessons from the world’s stories

What you’ll get

Practical resources you can use tomorrow designed to make learning feel relevant, human and alive again.

Each set of lessons helps children practise the skills they’ll actually use in life:

  • For Ourselves – resources to help young people grow self-awareness, resilience and confidence so they can navigate challenges and care for their wellbeing.

  • For Each Other – activities that strengthen empathy, belonging and communication so children learn how to work together and build healthier relationships.

  • For the World – lessons that reconnect students with the wonder of nature and the responsibilities of citizenship, helping them see their place in a changing world.

These aren’t worksheets to tick through. They’re invitations to teach in a way that prepares children for life, not just for tests — grounded in a way of learning that brings head, heart, and hands back together.

What does the learning journey look like?

Let curiosity lead and questions pave your way, as you set off on a journey of self-discovery, deepening relationships and connecting with the natural world. The curriculum contains 18 unique topics (6 for each care-practice) to help young people immerse, understand, explore perspectives and feel empowered in the world:

  • Envision a classroom transforming into a journey of self-discovery. These lessons support a journey inwards, navigating through thoughts and feelings, with empathy at the helm. More than simply discussions, these topics are an exploration of the self, cultivating resilience and sense of self-knowledge. Here, personal growth is nurtured, laying the foundations for meaningful relationships with others.

  • Travelling the world, students broaden their horizons beyond the local landscape towards a more global understanding. Through a blend of critical thinking and empathy, these topics open minds to the world's rich diversity. Learners grow into thoughtful, compassionate individuals, ready to engage with and appreciate the myriad perspectives and cultures that make up our local and global communities.

  • These topics guide students to explore the natural world, connect deeply with nature and understand their crucial role in protecting the planet. Through active, experiential learning, they’ll understand they're not separate from nature but a part of its intricate web. This journey deepens relationships with the environment, inspiring a sense of belonging and a commitment to act as caretakers of our planet.

The Triple WelllBeing® curriculum sparks a desire to make a difference, guiding students towards shaping their futures with a sense of purpose, compassion and connection to what truly matters in life.
